Berryaudio and Camebridge dacmagic

I have installed Berry Audio without any issue. Although, when i trying to set the mixer to my DAC, a Camebridge DacMagic, i can't get any sound/signal to the amp. I have used dtoverlay=hifiberry-dacplus for this DAC but it does not seems to work.
Perhaps it is easier to change the "/boot/config.txt" and add "dtoverlay=hifiberry-dacplus"

Please advise

Setting dtoverlay from the Ui should work, ofcourse you can directly set it in config aswell :)

Let me know how that goes.

Hi
I have tried to change the "dtoverlay from the Ui" but have not find the right setting yet. Tried several settings but no signal, no sound or no progress. Will try more tomorrow when my wife is at work and i have the day off.

Tried several (a lot) of combos related to dtoverlay and my Cambridge dac but have not suceded. Running Berryaudio througt the built in headphone connection on the Raspberry, whch works fine. One thing that is needed is to go in to dsp and change the gain to ~ 0 (or whatever you prefer). Otherwise, on my amplifier that i am using for berryaudio, a Sansui AU-505, whe volumelevel is all to low.

Going to compare the sound as i have different Raspberrys with different distributions but as Berryaudio has DSP i think that everyone can tweek the sound so it will fit.

Keep up the good work

My earlier post i valid for Spotify through my Iphone. When playing radio there is no "low sound" problem :-)

Great! thank you for the update :D

Also to keep in mind:
By default i have set the Volume Control as Software (for minimal setups)
If you use a DAC that uses hardware volume do change it to hardware volume in Mixer Settings and set the volume control to 100% might be that the volume is too low because of that ?
