Slow multi room performance

Hi,

Using the latest build with a pi 5 and Zero 2W. Individual, each unit works fine, but multi room has a massive slow down on the audio. I’ve tried both ways in case it was a resource issue, but both devices are barely even using the memory or cpu. Audio output is to Bluetooth and my network is WiFi 6. Any suggestions? I did try adjust the buffer but had no effect.

By slow down do you mean there is any stuttering or delay ? could you share a screenshot of the DSP usage when using multiple room audio ?

I can then identify the actual issue, Also please confirm that there are no other services other than berry audio running on both devices
